At the moment you arrive in this restaurant the waiters give you a pleasant feeling. Very hospitable team, it is a nice place to enjoy with friends or with your date. heavenly food, talented chief cook and stuff, modest pay and generous service. Warmly recommended.

food is fine, but man they got some sour customer service. if the hostess/waitress can be bothered to look up from her phone to seat you and bring you a menu, count your blessings.

The shrimp tempura lunch was delectable and the sumi-e originals by local artist Mardi Horowitz made for a transcendent experience .

Intimate and small. The food is great with good selections. Service can be a little slow because it's really just one person working the dining area. Everyone is super nice and friendly so it's easy to look past the service shortcomings.

Absolutely a place worth stopping by, the food is good and well prepared, the prices are affordable and it is always neat there. 5 stars.

Downgraded as the service is miserable and Samurai is so much better. The one waitress always looks somewhere between bored and pissed.My last time ever there was tonight. Sat in the absolutely empty little restaurant for 15 minutes. Waitress stood folding napkins or putting something away. Too busy to take the order for their only customers.

Good sushi

The service is poor, nigiri took twenty minutes to come out and there were only seven people total in the restaurant. The sushi chef was working on a number of to-go orders beforehand, but even then. Then he got one of our orders wrong, when we wanted a caterpillar roll and we were given a California roll. The sashimi itself is poor, not evenly cut and the taste is mediocre. Definitely going to Samurai instead.

It's a tiny place with fresh 🍣 and good udon. Try the avocado & ebi hand roll - yum! Also a fan of their roasted eggplant and some specials. We're there about once a week & like the intimacy and non-intrusive staff. Very nice people! They do takeout.

The service is regularly prompt, awesome mood, very welcoming staff. I will visit again when I am nearby.
